If our vehicle is vandalized or is damaged due to windstorm, hail, rain or other natural occurrence. If a passenger on our vehicle claims to have been injured or suffered some type of property damage or loss. If our vehicle is stolen or if any equipment that is permanently attached to our vehicle is stolen. An On The Job Injury Report must also be completed if our employee is injured in the accident.
